| 摘 要： | 回顾湖北电网形成和发展的主要过程，突出改革开放20多年的巨大变化，对其中出现的电网稳定问题，稳定事故及采取的稳定措施进行了总结分析，总结电网稳定工作的基本经验，并阐明当前稳定工作存在的问题及改进措施。
