摘    要:随着经济的发展,我国电力需求迅速增长,电力信息化建设也加快了脚步,国家电网公司"十一五"信息化工程(简称"SG186")的全面开展也说明了电力信息化的重要地位,电力信息化对于保证电力企业的安全生产和正常运行,提高供电质量和稳定性具有重要作用。地理信息系统GIS在电力企业的广泛应用是电力信息化的必由之路。首先介绍了配网调度的情况和地理信息系统GIS的基本概念、主要功能和根据配电网的结构特点对于地理信息系统GIS的要求,然后结合配电系统的特点详细介绍了在配电网调度的实际工作中地理信息系统GIS的重要应用,包括地理信息系统GIS在配电网监视控制系统SCADA、生产管理系统MIS和事故负荷转移中的应用,最后分析了地理信息系统GIS在应用中的主要技术问题,并提出相应的解决方案。

Abstract:As the development of economy,the requirement of electric energy has increased greatly.Electric power infomationalization expedites as well.The development of State Grid project,which is called "ten one five" of electric power infomationalization(The abbreviation is "SG186") shows that the electric power infomationalization takes a great role.The electric power infomationalization brings important and meaningful effects on guaranteeing the safe production of electric enterprises,ensuring the reliable run of electric power enterprises,improving the quality and bringing stabilization of power supply.GIS(Geographic Information System) technique applied widely in the electric power enterprises is the only way to informationalization for power enterprise.This paper firstly introduces the condition of the power distribution dispatching,basic conceptions and main functions of GIS(Geographic Information System),and the requirements of GIS in term of the construction feature of power distribution.Then,the paper introduces the important applications of GIS combining the features of Power Distribution Dispatching in detail,which include the application in SCADA,MIS,and the contingency load transfer.Finally,the paper analyses the main technical problems and puts forward relevant solutions.
