| 摘 要： | Y3系列异步电动机是采用冷轧硅钢片作为导磁材料而设计的一般用途低压三相笼型异步电动机基本系列.由于冷轧硅钢片与热轧硅钢片在机械性能上有所不同,故其在冲剪、压装等制造工艺上与热轧硅钢片有所不同.本文通过一系列试验,对冷轧硅钢片铁心叠压中的有关工艺问题进行了研究.

| Abstract: | Series Y3 asynchronous motors is a new series of general purpose low voltage three-phase cage motors designed with cold-rolled silicon steel sheet. Because of the different mechanical behavior, the cold-rolled silicon steel sheet differs from the hot-rolled silicon steel sheet in punching-shearing, laminating and many other manufacturing processes. In this paper, we study on the laminating technology for cold-rolled silicon steel sheet through a number of tests. |
