摘    要:研究了热暴露对8090合金挤压型材力学性能及腐蚀性能的影响。发现8090合金的显微组织经热暴露后发生了变化,合金 相粗化, 相粒子的间距增大,S'_A相在晶内的分布密度增大。合金的力学性能随热暴露温度的提高显现峰(谷)值的变化,强度在150℃热暴露后达到最高,塑性在100℃、125℃热暴露后最低。合金的晶间腐蚀深度随热暴露温度的提高略有增大的倾向。但在175℃以下50h以内热暴露后,其性能仍然是比较稳定的。

Abstract:This paper studied the effects of thermal exposure on the mechanical and corrosion properties of Al-Li 8090 extrudates.It has been discovered that the microstructure is changed after thermal exposure,the δ'_A(Al_2Li) phase is coarsene,the distance between δ'-phase and the distribution density of S'_A(Al_2 CuMg)phase is increased,The mechanical properties change in a peak or valley-like way with the increase of exposure temperature,the strength is highest at the exposure temperature of 150℃ and the plasticity is lowest at l00℃and l25℃,The results of intergranular corrosion tests showed that the corrosion depth tends to increase sligtly when exposure temperature is increased.The properties of 8090 alloygis very steady after thermal exposure below l75℃ and within 50 hours,although the mechanical and corrosion properties are changed to a small degree.
