摘    要:介绍了利用配棉等级2.5级细绒棉纺Jc14.5tex纱的实践,为降低强力cy,稳定提高强力,保证成纱质量,优化了工艺参数。开清工序适当降低打手速度,硫棉工序合理选用针布,精梳工序适当增加落棉,并粗工序合理牵伸分配,优化配置卷绕机构和牵伸机构专件器材。通过优化工艺、选配器材和加强生产管理,JC14.5tex纱强力CV、平均强力均稳定提高。

Abstract:This paper introduces the spinning practice of JC 14.5 tex yam by use of 2.5 grade cotton. To reduce the yam strength CV and stably increase the yam average strength, optimized processing parameters are used as reducing beater speed in opening and scutching, using reasonable carding cloth in carding, increase noise reasonably in combing, distributing draft properly and increasing roving twist factor in drawing, optimizing spindle speed, increasing twist factor and optimizing twisting and drafting mechanisms in spinning and reducing winding speed. The practice shows that the yam strength CV and yarn average strength of JC 14.5 tex yarn is reduced and stably increased respectively.
