固定管板式换热器管板强度的有限元分析

摘    要:某公司根据GB 151按照常规设计方法设计了一台冷凝器,结果发现由于管板厚度(200mm)过大造成工艺条件无法满足。为了对管板进行合理的设计,使其既满足强度要求也满足工艺条件,利用有限元计算软件对管板进行了详尽的计算与分析,调整管板厚度为150mm,并依据JB 4732《钢制压力容器——分析设计标准》对其安全性进行了评价。

Abstract:A cooler was designed in accordance with the method from GB151. But, it was found later that the tubesheet was too thick (the thickness was 200 mm) to satisfy the process requirements. To reach the requirements both from strength and process, by using finite element analysis software, the tubesheet was calculated and analyzed. Then, the thickness of this tubesheet was reduced to 150 mm, which was satisfied with the safety requirements from the standard JB4732.
