石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定面制食品中的铝

摘    要:本文介绍建立食品中铝的石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定方法。样品在85℃烘4h,然后于520℃灰化6h,经0.5%HNO3溶解定容后用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定铝。线性范围为1.0~50μg/L,相对标准偏差为0.8%~4.1%,回收率为93.7%~98.0%。该方法简便、快速、准确,用于食品中铝的测定,结果令人满意。

Abstract:An improved method of Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry(GFAAS) for the determination of Aluminium in foods was described.The proposed method has been applied to the determination of Aluminium in foodstuff.The linear range of the method was 1.0~50.0 μg/L,The recovery rates were 93.7%~98.0%,and the relative standard deviation were 0.8%~4.1%.The method was simple,rapid and accurate,which was suitable for determination of Aluminium in foods
