摘    要:采用反相高效液相色谱法定量分析偏二甲肼废水中亚硝基二甲胺。色谱条件选择:以甲醇:水=15:85(V/V)为流动相,柱温30℃,检测波长为230nm,流动相流量为1.0mL/min,加标回收率为86.2%~113.4%,15次测定结果 RSD为2.96%。结果表明该方法线性关系和准确度良好,可用于快速测定偏二甲肼废水中的亚硝基二甲胺。

Abstract:Reverse phase HPLC was employed in the quantitative analysis of nitrosodimethylamine in water,when being separated by C18column and determined by ultraviolet detector.While the condition was methanol and water volumetric ratio of 15:85 as mobile phase,temperature of column 30℃,wavelength 230 nm and mobile phase flow rate 1.0mL/min.The recovery with standard addition was 86.2%~113.4% and the results of fifteen determined RSD was 2.96%.the result showed that the method has a good linear relationship and accuracy which can be employed in quick determination of trace NDMA in UDMH wastewater.
