微波消解-双道原子荧光对缢蛏中总汞的试验研究

摘    要:本文利用微波消解-双道原子荧光对食品中总汞测定进行分析方法探究,通过一系列的实验优化出微波消解样品的最佳条件和仪器的最佳测量条件。结果表明:方法的线性范围为0-12μg/L、相关系数为0.9997μg/L、检出限为0.0024μg/L(n=11)、方法的精密度为2.2%-7.8%、回收率为93.5%-104.8%。与GB/T5009.17-2003方法(第一法)相比,应用优化的微波消解条件和测量条件能够满足食品中总汞的测定,此法更省时、简便、易于操作,且具有较高的灵敏度、较好的选择性和可靠性。

Abstract:Determination of total mercury in Sinonovacula constricat canarck was studied by the method of using microwave digestion dual channel atomic fluorescence,and through a series of experiments the optimum conditions of the microwave digestion sample and the measurement mode were chosen.The results showed that the linear range of the method was 0-12μg/L,the correlation coefficient was 0.9997,the detection limit was 0.0024g/L(n=11),the precision of the method was 2.2%-7.8%,and the rate of recovery was 93.5%- 104.8%.Comparison with GB/T5009.17-2003 method(the first method) between optimized the conditions of the microwave digestion sample and the measurement mode,the former was faster,higher sensitivity and better selectivity and reliability.
