电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定矿泉水中锶含量的不确定度分析

摘    要:通过对电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定矿泉水中锶含量的整个测定过程进行研究,系统分析该方法测定结果的不确定度来源,并对不确定度各个分量进行评定和合成。结果显示,配制标准溶液过程引起的不确定度分量是影响锶含量测定不确定度的主要原因,当锶含量为0.6121mg/L时,扩展不确定度为0.0072mg/L(k=2)。能有效掌握测定结果的准确性和可信度,确保检验工作的质量。

Abstract:This paper has studied the whole process of determination of strontium in mineral water by ICP-OES,analyzed and evaluated the source and each part of uncertainty.Results show that the leading cause of determination uncertainty is caused by the preparation of standard solution.When the content of Strontium in mineral water is 0.6121mg/L,patulous uncertainty is 0.0072mg/L(k=2).Through evaluating uncertainty,accuracy and reliability of test result can be controlled effectively,in order to ensure examining quality.
