微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定原油中砷含量

摘    要:采用微波消解方法处理原油样品,研究原子荧光光谱法测定原油中砷元素的方法。详细考察微波消解条件,初步确定微波消解程序。结果表明,采用微波消解-原子荧光光谱法(AFS)与传统的强酸消解-原子吸收光谱法(AAS)相比,具有处理时间短、强酸用量少、自动化程度高、准确度高、检测限低等优点。样品加标回收率92%~103%。

Abstract:Microwave-assisted sample digestion was used for the pretreatment of crude oil.Determination of arsenic in crude oils by atomic fluorescence spectrometer(AFS) was studied.Microwave digestion procedures were initially identified by a detailed study.Compared with atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS) show that this method has the advantages of shorter treatment time,lesser acid consumption and better accuracy,lower detection limit.The recovery of adding standard material were in the range of 92%~103%.
