| 摘 要： | 碳含量控制是 WC- Co硬质合金注射成形技术 (CCIM)的难点问题之一。本文分析了碳含量的波动对 WC- Co硬质合金注射成形制品相组成、力学性能、尺寸精度的影响 ,并指出了引起碳含量变化的各注射成形工艺步骤和内在机理 ,讨论了精确控制碳含量的有效措施。

| Abstract: | Carbon content control is one of the difficulties in the PIM(Powder Injection Molding)technique of WC-Co cemented carbide.In this paper,the influences of carbon content variation to phase composition,mechanics performance,dimension precision of WC-Co cemented carbide PIM parts are analyzed.The PIM steps and inherent mechanism that lead to the change of carbon content are advanced,and some efficient measures to precisely control carbon content are proposed. |
