氮换热器冰堵的分析与处理

摘    要:在23500 m3/h空分设备处于氮气膨胀增产液氧工况下,实施膨胀氮气增量操作后,氮换热器发生冰堵的故障。故障原因为湿空气从常压氮气放空口被倒吸入管网后,冻结在氮换热器内造成通道堵塞。简介氮气膨胀内液化装置流程、氮换热器冰堵的过程和现象,详细介绍氮换热器通道堵塞的原因和水分来源的分析、验证过程。

Abstract:The trouble of ice blocking in nitrogen heat exchanger occurs after increasing the output of expanded gaseous nitrogen under the condition of expanding the gaseous nitrogen and increasing the output of liquefied oxygen of 23500 ma/h air separation plant, which is attributed to the fact that the wet us inversely intaken into the pipeline net from normal pressure gaseous nitrogen vent and frozen in the nitrogen heat exchanger. Here, the process of nitrogen expansion inner liquefying unit, and the course and phenomena of ice blocking in nitrogen heat exchanger are briefed, and the cause for blocking of passage for nitrogen heat exchanger and the analysis and the verification process for sources of moisture are described.
