摘    要:分析板翅式换热器的芯体设计、翅片尺寸、材料状态和钎焊工艺四个方面对板翅式换热器芯片强度和抗压能力的影响,探索预防板翅式换热器芯体顶部下凹的工艺预防措施,以提高板翅式换热器的外观质量及承压强度。

Abstract:The impact on core strength and compression resistance of plate-fin heat exchanger is analyzed from its core design, fin dimensions, material state and soldering process. The technical measures to prevent its top from eoncaving are proposed to improve its visual quality and compression resistance of plate-fin heat exchanger.
