| 摘 要： | 为解决水利信息系统运行维护费缺乏的问题,需要编制《水利信息系统运行维护定额标准》.分析水利信息系统运行维护定额标准编制的背景,研究水利信息系统运行维护主要工作内容,定额标准编制的环节,介绍主要编制过程和成果,并对定额标准执行中需要注意的问题提出思考,以期建设一套行之有效的运维体系.

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problem of lacking of operation and maintenance cost of water conservancy information system, it is needed to draw up （（Operation and maintenance quota standards of water conservancy information system））. The paper discusses the standard preparation background and studies main work content and compiling link of operation and maintenance quota standard： It introduces main preparation process and results and reflects on issues which are needed to be paid attention to of effective operation and maintenance system. in quota standard execution in the hope of constructing a set of effective operation and maintenance system. |
