核电厂金属卡套结构密封性能分析与研究

摘    要:介绍了适用于核电厂设备的一种金属卡套密封结构,并对影响密封性能的主要因素加以分析。采用计算分析结合实验的方法,对影响该结构密封性能的关键参数锥角与锥角差进行了研究,找出了影响密封性能的关键因素及作用规律,提出在工程应用中选取锥角为45°~65°、锥角差为3°~6°较宜。

Abstract:An introduction is being presented to the sealing structure of a metal sleeve applicable to equipments of nuclear power plants, together with an analysis on major factors influencing the sealing property. By adopting the method combining calculation analysis and experiments, researches have been carried out to key parameters that influence the sealing property of the structure, namely taper angle and taper angle difference. Key factors that affect the sealing property and their acting rules have been discovered successfully. It is proposed that the taper angle shall be selected as 45-65 degrees and the taper angle difference as 3-6 degrees preferably in engineering application.
