基于网络控制的漆包线生产监控系统设计

针对目前中国漆包线生产系统存在着生产统计方式落后、控制规模不大和设备维护困难的问题，提出了基于网络控制的漆包线生产监控系统设计方案。该方案主要思想是采用3层架构进行设计：信息管理层、现场控制层与生产设备层。通过应用RS-485串口总线与以太网技术搭建层内和层间的通信网络，应用．NET技术以及服务器技术来完成漆包线生产的远程控制和车间级群控的软件部分的开发。系统测试结果表明，相比系统原先方案，新方案在生产效率、设备资源管理和生产信息统计方面都有改善。

Design of the Enameled Wire Production Monitoring System Based on Network Control

In order to solve the problem such as the backward of statistical methods, small scale of control, and inconvenience of equipment maintenance in current domestic enameled wire production system, it proposes a scheme of the enameled wire production monitoring system based on network control. The main idea of the scheme is on the basic of the three - tier structure,information layer, control layer and equipment layer. To realize the function of remote control and workshop group control, it uses the combination of RS -485 serial bus technology to build the communication network, develops the software of NET technology and server technology. Comparing with the original scheme, it verifies the test result and shows that the new one improves production efficiency, device vesource and production statistics.
