中低温煤焦油全馏分加氢改质技术研究

摘    要:以中低温煤焦油全馏分为原料,采用加氢精制-加氢裂化两段串联工艺在中试装置上开展加氢改质实验,结果表明,石脑油产品可作为优质的催化重整预加氢原料,柴油产品可用来生产优质低凝点国Ⅴ柴油,尾油馏分可作为优质的加氢裂化原料、催化裂化原料或乙烯裂解原料。中低温煤焦油全馏分加氢改质技术可以最大限度地提高轻油收率,具有技术合理可行、液体收率高、产品质量好等特点,具有良好的工业应用前景。

Study on the Hydrogenation Modification Technology of Low Temperature Coal Tar
Abstract:Taking low temperature coal tar as raw material, hydrogenation modification experiment was carried out in the pilot plant by using the two-stage series process of hydrotreating and hydrocracking.Theresults show that naphtha can be used as high-quality catalytic reforming pre-hydrogenation feedstock, diesel products can be used to produce national V diesel which is high-quality and low pour point, the tail oil fraction can be used as high-quality hydrocracking raw material, catalytic cracking raw material or ethylene cracking raw material. Hydrogenation modification technology of low temperature coal tar can maximally improve the light oil yield, and the technology is reasonable and feasible, it has high liquid yield, good product quality.
