摘    要:介绍了糠醛精制装置中溶剂糠醛腐蚀设备的情冴,对造成设备严重腐蚀的原因及机理迚行分析,结合装置的实际情冴,提出从合理选用材料、消除体系内氧、控制糠醛水系统的氯离子含量、改善介质环境、减轻介质的侵蚀性、添加新型缓蚀剂等方面采取预防措施。实践证明,装置腐蚀得到了有效控制,使装置大修周期延长,实现装置长周期安全生产。

Cause Analysis of Corrosion Perforation of Heat Exchanger 408 in Furfural Refining Unit
Abstract:The equipment corrosion caused by furfural solvent in the furfural refining unit was introduced, and its reasons and mechanism were analyzed. Based on the practical condition of device, preventive measures were put forward, such as choosing reasonable materials, eliminating oxygen in the system, controlling the content of chloride ion, improving the media environment, reducing the erosion of the media, adding new corrosion inhibitors and so on. The practice has proved that the corrosion of device has been effectively controlled, so that the overhaul cycle of device has been prolonged.
