原子荧光光谱法测定铅精矿中的砷

摘    要:介绍了采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定铅精矿中砷的方法。在选择样品前处理方法时,采用王水水浴溶样以及混酸溶样两种不同的前处理方法。通过加标回收试验,结果令人满意。条件实验确定了水浴溶样方法的溶样时间、王水用量,以及混酸溶样方法的反应温度等实验条件。方法的加标回收率为92%~106%,精密度(RSD,n=12)小于10%。运用两种方法对国家Ⅰ级标准物质进行测定,准确度小于6%。

Determination of Arsenic in Lead Concentrate by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry
Abstract:The determination method of arsenic in lead concentrate by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry was introduced. Water bath heating method dissolved by aqua regia and mixed acid solution pretreatment method were selected by the comparison experiments. Sample solving time, reagent dosage, and temperature were determined respectively by condition test in different pretreatment methods. In determination of national standard product by two methods, satisfactory results were achieved, the standard addition recovery was 92% ~106%, the precision (RSD,n=12) was less than 10%, and the accuracy was less than 6%.
