管道蜡沉积物抗剪切强度研究进展

摘    要:对蜡沉积物抗剪切强度的了解,有助于制定合理的清管方案,防止清管过程中发生卡堵事故,但目前关于蜡沉积物性质的研究很少。确定了影响蜡沉积物抗剪切强度的主要因素,包括固相蜡浓度、蜡的碳数分布、胶质沥青质和管流剪切。并从宏观和微观机理的角度,介绍了各因素对蜡沉积物抗剪切强度影响的研究进展。指出定量确定蜡沉积物抗剪切强度亟待解决的主要问题。

Research Progress of the Shear Strength of Wax Deposit in Pipelines
Abstract:A better understanding of the shear strength of wax deposit assists in making a suitable pigging schedule and preventing the pig from getting stuck in the pipelines. However, there is little study on the nature of the wax deposit. The main influencing factors of the deposit strength were determined, including solid wax content, carbon number distribution of wax, resins and asphaltenes and the flow rate. The research progress of the effect of these factors on the deposit strength was introduced from macroscopic and microscopic aspects. It’s pointed out that, to quantitatively determine the deposit shear strength is the main issue that needed to be resolved.
