长输管道天然气集输管网优化设计

摘    要:天然气管网系统设计原则包括压气站功能性、安全性、经济性和完整性,首次将新的设计理念和思想应用到实践中,详细阐述了新理念设计原则以及特点,并将天然气管网的关键节点枢纽站、合建站或邻建站进行了重新定义和设置,各站点配置精简,系统上可以统一,也能够独立,运行、管理方便,同时对管网设计参数进行了具体化,新设计天然气集输管网方案负荷率高达98.4%,压比低至仅有1.34,在满足日输量的条件下,全程压差仅为2.86 MPa,取消余量的设计想法降低了能耗,并且压气站减少了2座,大大降低了投资费用。该设计方案能保证天然气管网供应运行安全,可有效降低站多导致故障发生事故,下游市场的供气需求能够得到有效保障。

Optimal Design of Long-distance Pipeline Gas Gathering Pipe Network
Abstract:Design principles of natural gas pipe network system include functionality, security, economy and integrity of gas compressor station. The new design idea and thought were applied into the practice for the first time, the design principles and characteristics of new concept were expounded, and the key nodes of the natural gas pipe network were redefined and reset, each site configuration was compacted, systems can be unified, and be also independent. At the same time, the design parameters of pipe networks were embodied, new designed gas gathering pipe network load rate was as high as 98.4%, pressure ratio was as low as 1.34. Under the condition of satisfying the throughput, full differential pressure was 2.86 MPa, which cancelled the allowance design idea and reduced the energy consumption, and gas compressor station number was reduced 2 stations, which greatly reduced the investment cost. This design scheme can guarantee the safe operation of gas pipeline supply to effectively reduce the accidents.
