摘    要:采用硫酸-磷磷混酸为溶剂,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)内标法对加氢催化剂中的Mo、Co、Ni元素含量进行了测定。考察了硫磷混酸和基体Al2O3、无定形硅铝、Ti O2对Co、Mo、Ni元素测定的影响,结果表明硫磷混酸和基体Al2O3对待测元素的测定有干扰,而基体无定形硅铝和Ti O2对待测元素的测定无干扰。选择用镉(Cd)做内标消除基体干扰,方法回收率在98%~105%,测定相对标准偏差小于0.5%。

Determination of Co,Mo and Ni Contents in Hydrogenation Catalyst by ICP-AES Internal Standardization Method
Abstract:The Mo, Co, Ni element contents in hydrogenation catalyst were determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry, using mixed sulfuric acid and phosphorous acid as solvent. The effect of the concentration of mixed acid, and matrix Al2O3, amorphous Si-Al and TiO2 on the result was investigated. The results indicate that concentration of mixed acid and matrix Al2O3 can interfere the testing results. Choosing cadmium (Cd) as internal standard can eliminate matrix interference. The standard addition recovery rate and standard deviation of the method can reach 98%~105%and 0.5%, respectively.
