摘    要:不溶性硫磺简称μ硫,是生产子午线轮胎的专用硫化剂。本论文以山东华鲁恒升化工股份有限公司硫回收工艺中生产的硫磺为原料,采用低温熔融法制备不溶性硫磺,研究了淬冷工艺及稳定剂对不溶硫磺物性的影响,并对制得的产品进行表征。根据μ硫聚合机理以及熔融法反应条件,从多种稳定剂中筛选出效果较好的Si O_2、纳米Si O_2、苯甲酸和对氯苯甲酸四种稳定剂做重点研究,研究不同种类的稳定剂对不溶性硫磺物性的影响,并对最佳添加量进行了研究。实验结果显示对氯苯甲酸是最有效的稳定剂。

Study on New Quenching Process and Stabilizers for Preparation of Insoluble Sulfur
Abstract:Insoluble sulfur (μsulfur) is a special curing agent for the production of radial tires. In this paper, using sulfur from sulfur recovery process of Shandong Hualu-Hengsheng Chemical Co., Ltd. as raw material, insoluble sulfur was prepared by low-temperature melting, the influence of quenching process and stabilizer on insoluble sulfur physical properties was investigated, and obtained products were characterized. According to insoluble sulfur melting process polymerization mechanism and reaction conditions, SiO2, nano-SiO2, benzoic acid and p-chlorobenzoic acid stabilizers with better effect were screened out from a variety of stabilizing agents, effect of different types of stabilizers on insoluble sulfur physical properties was studied as well as the optimum amount of stabilizer. The results show that p-chlorobenzoic acid is the most effective stabilizer.
