摘 要: | 采用浸渍法制备硅胶(SG)/对甲苯磺酸(p-TSA)催化剂,并用XRD对其进行了表征。利用冰醋酸和无水乙醇为原料,以SG/p-TSA为催化剂合成乙酸乙酯。考察了反应时间,催化剂的用量,原料配比等对该反应的影响。最佳合成条件为:反应温度为100℃,反应时间为100 min,酸醇摩尔比为1.0∶1.9,催化剂用量为5%,产率为95.40%。催化剂不经处理可重复使用,使用3次以后的产率为81.11%。

Synthesis of Ethyl Acetate Catalyzed by Solid Acid Catalyst SG/p-TSA |

Abstract: | Catalyst silica gel (SG)/p-toluenesulfonic acid (p-TSA) was prepared by impregnation method. XRD was used to characterize the obtained SG/p-TSA catalyst. Ethyl acetate was synthesized from acetic acid and absolute ethyl alcohol with SG/p-TSA as catalyst. The influence factors of the reaction such as reaction time, amount of catalyst and raw materials ratio were investigated. The optimum conditions for synthesis of ethyl acetate were determined as follows: reaction time 100 min, catalyst 5% (based on acetic acid mass),n(acetic acid) :n(absolute ethyl alcohol) 1.0 : 1.9,and reaction temperature 100℃. Under the optimal conditions, the yield of ethyl acetate can reach to 95.40%. The catalyst can be reused without treatment. The yield of benzyl acetate can reach to 81.11% when the catalyst is reused for 3 times. |
