摘 要: | 针对我国原油高凝点的现状,以丙烯酸十八脂、醋酸乙烯酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酸为单体,按摩尔比10:1:1:1溶液共聚,合成了新型高效的原油降凝剂。结果显示:降凝效果在加剂量为0.5%(wt)、反应温度为70℃时,降凝效果最优;且当原油溶液温度达到20℃以上时候,其粘度几乎降至为0 Pa·s。

Research on Synthesis and Performance of High Pour Point Crude Oil Depressant |

Abstract: | Aiming at the high solidifying point of domestic crude oil, a new pour point depressant was synthesized with octadecyl acrylate/vinyl acetate/styrene/acrylic acid as monomers under monomer mole ratio of 10:1:1:1. The results show that, the pour point depressant is more effective as dosage of the pour point depressant is 0.5% and the reaction temperature is 70℃; when the temperature increases to 20℃, the viscosity of crude oil solution almost reaches to 0 Pa·s. |
