摘    要:丙烯腈是一种重要的化工原料,在其生产过程中产生的废水水质复杂,可生化性差。选取某石化公司干法腈纶污水为水样,首先对其水质指标和特征污染物进行分析,然后分别应用臭氧与其它氧化技术联用的方法,选取含腈废水中的重要水质指标CODcr作参考,在一定条件下分别对比各种不同的氧化法对水样中CODcr的去除率。可以看出在工作电流为0.45 A,进气量为3 L/min,进气臭氧浓度为23.3 mg/L,反应时间为30min,CODcr去除率能达到85.4%。综合处理效果和经济效考虑,得出O3/H2O2工艺是高级氧化技术处理腈纶废水的最优深度处理工艺。

Comparative Research of Acrylonitrile Wastewater Advanced Treatment Technologies
Abstract:Acrylonitrile is an important chemical material. Wastewater from the production of acrylonitrile has complex ingredients, so it is hard to be degraded by microbe. In this paper, the wastewater sample from a fiber plant was chosen, its quality index and specific pollutant ingredients were analyzed. O3 oxidation and other advanced oxidation techniques were used to treat acrylonitrile wastewater. Using CODcr in acrylonitrile wastewater as the index, CODcr removal rates of different oxidation techniques under the same condition were compared. The results show that, when the electric current is 0.45 A, O3 is 23.3 mg/L, the treatment time is 30 min, the CODcr removal efficiency can reach to 85.4%. Comprehensively considering the treatment effect and economic cost, it's pointed out the O3/H2O2 process is the best treatment process for acrylonitrile wastewater.
