油气两相流压降计算及其影响因素

摘    要:多相混输技术在油气田集输系统中的应用日益广泛,其压降计算的准确性对于管网设计有着绝定性的作用。为了研究某油田油气两相流压降的影响因素,结合多相流理论建立了管道的两相流压降模型,并应用PIPEPHASE模拟软件进行计算。利用该模型,计算出该管道的压力参数的变化;在此基础上计算出不同算法的压降变化规律。研究表明:BBM、DR、DUKLER、GRAY、GRYM、XIAO这几种算法的计算误差均≦15%,且BBM算法在产气量增加到一定值后误差会迅速增大,所以该算法需要修正后才可以在大流量情况下使用。

Calculation and Influence Factor Analysis of Pressure Drop of the Oil-gas Two-phase Pipe Flow
Abstract:Multiphase mixture transportation technology has been used increasingly wide in the gathering system in fields,and the accuracy of pressure drop calculation plays a determinative role in pipeline network design.In order to study the influential factors of pressure drop calculation of the oil-gas two-phase flow in an oilfield, according to two-phase flow theory, the model of two-phase flow pressure drop was established, and the calculation was carried out by PIPEPHASE software. The variation of pipeline pressure parameter was obtained with the use of the model. On the basis, the variation of pressure drop calculated by different algorithm was also obtained. The results show that the calculation errors of these algorithms are totally below 15%,including BBM, DR, DUKLER, GRAY, GRYM, XIAO six kinds of algorithms. And when the gas production rate increases to a certain value, BBM algorithm error will increase rapidly. So the BBM algorithm can be used in the case of large flow only after the algorithm is modified.
