油田集输子系统的热力学分析

摘    要:油田采输系统是能源消耗的大户,为了评价油田集输系统的用能状况、找出用能薄弱环节,必须对油田采输系统进行热力学分析。以稠油的集输子系统为研究对象,建立了集输子系统的分析模型,并从热力学分析的角度对某油田集输子系统的热平衡和平衡进行计算。计算分析结果为:随着加热炉进风温度的提高,集输子系统的热效率和效率有所上升,将进风温度从20℃提高到110℃的情况下,集输子系统的热效率从0.95%提高到0.98%,效率从0.19%提高到0.2%;如果把分离出的污水中的能量回收利用起来,可使现行的效率从0.21%提高到1.09%。

Thermodynamic Analysis on Oilfield Gathering Subsystem
Abstract:Oil field production and transportation system is the principal aspect in energy consumption. In order to evaluate the energy-using status of oilfield gathering system and find out the weak links of energy-using, the thermodynamic analysis on the oil field production and transportation system must be carried out. In this paper, taking the heavy oil gathering subsystem as the research object, and an exergy analysis model of the system was built. The heat balance and exergy balance of a certain oilfield gathering subsystem were also calculated from the perspective of thermodynamics analysis. Analysis and calculation results show that, the thermal efficiency and exergy efficiency of gathering subsystem increase with the increasing of heating furnace inlet air temperature. When the inlet air temperature increases from 20 ℃ to 110 ℃, the thermal efficiency increases from 0.95%to 0.98%, and the exergy efficiency increases from 0.19%to 0.2%, respectively. If recycling the energy from isolated sewage, exergy efficiency will increase from 0.21%to 1.09%.
