橘子皮提取物的缓蚀和抑菌性能研究

摘    要:分别以乙醇和水为溶剂对橘子皮进行提取,考察了不同溶剂提取物的缓蚀性能和抑菌性能。结果显示橘子皮的水提物和醇提物均有一定的缓蚀作用和缓蚀效果,醇提取的缓释作用优于水提物。另外,对腐生菌(TGB),硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)以及铁细菌(FB)的杀菌作用进行考察,结果表明橘子皮水提物和醇提物对腐生菌(TGB)均有较好的杀菌作用,水提取物对SRB和FB有较好的杀菌作用。

Research of Corrosion Inhibition and Antibacterial Properties of Orange Peel Extracts
Abstract:Orange peel was extracted with water and ethanol, respectively, and the extracts were screened as corrosion and bacteria inhibitors. The results show that the both extracts are effective for corrosion inhibition. The inhibition efficiency for the ethanol extract is better than that of water extract. In addition, their antibacterial effect on saprophytic bacteria (TGB), sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB) and iron oxidizing bacteria (FB) were investigated. The results show that the orange peel water and alcohol extracts are both effective TGB bacteria inhibitors. The extract of water can obviously reduce SRB and FB.
