Abstract:The transfer and distribution of the monocrotophos in the water-rice-soil system were investigated by parallel test of micro-soil simulant installation and pot culture. The results revealed that, the remainder quantity of the monocrotophos in the water-rice-soil system was 30 per cent of the total labelled value after 8 days, in which the remainder quantity in the rice plant was 8%, in soil-19%, in leaching water-2%. A notable linear relation was proved to exist between remainder consistency of the monocrotophos together with the metabolite in the micro-soil installation or earthen potand the depth of soil. The linear regressiongives: C1= 0.4480-0.0116x, r,=-0.9590; C2= 0.4994-0.0159x, r2=-0.8403.
