摘    要:作为一种少无切屑的成形工艺.温塑性成形技术正被越来越广泛地应用。但是对温塑性成形温度的界定还有不同的观点,这给不同钢种的温塑性成形温度的确定带来了一定的困难。本文对成形后工件组织有一定要求的过共析钢的温塑性成形温度进行了研究,提出了过共析钢的温塑性成形温度为在相变温度以下某一温度区间,可免去锻后退火,保证零件最终热处理的组织质量。

Abstract:Technology of warm plastic deformation is being widely used as chipless working process. There are different views on what's the temperature of plastic deformation, which lead to difficulties in determining it. By means of research on hypereutectoid steels with specific structure after shaping, it is proposed that the temperature of plastic deformation for hypereutectoid steel is a period within transformation temperature. Thus components don't need annealing processes after being forged, and their structure of final heat treatment can also be made sure.
