累积和控制图与休哈特控制图联合应用方法

摘    要:通过休哈特控制图中的单值控制图、均值控制图和极差控制图与累积和控制图(CUSUM图)进行比较分析,虽然CUSUM图对过程发生的小偏移较灵敏,但在某些情况下休哈特图比CUSUM图能更快地对生产过程异常作出报警.在此研究的基础上,提出了联合应用累积和控制图与休哈特控制图的观点,以尽快发现生产过程的异常波动.

Abstract:The Shewhart individual control chart andx chart together with R chart are compared with CUSUM chart in this paper. Although the CUSUM chart is more sensitive to small process shifts, the Shewhart control chart will alarm faster than the CUSUM chart for nonrandom process in some situations. On the basis of this research, and integrated usage of CUSUM chart and Shewhart control chart is proposed in order to find nonrandom process as soon as possible.
