基于战略数据平台的上海城市空间发展质量指数（SQI）探索

上海正处于转型发展的重要时期，城市空间定量评估和年度监测是城市规划领域的变革与探索。上海城市空间发展质量指数（SQI）旨在体现规划评估的可测度性、动态性与持续性，从宏观、中观、微观3个层面研究空间定量评价的方法。宏观层面（全市），跟踪全球100多个指数排行，围绕宏观经济、金融环境、生活质量、人力知识、生态环境等8个方面，建立起与全球城市对标的评价体系；中观层面（区县），基于空间效率、空间魅力、空间公平、空间安全4个维度，形成17个空间发展目标、采取21个指标予以测度；微观层面（重点地区），以各类主导功能片区为单位，探索以空间形态指标、空间使用指标为核心的评价体系。

Study of Shanghai Spatial Development Quality Index on the Strategy Database Platform

Shanghai is in the important period of development and transformation with an urgent need of planning transformation to guide urban development. Urban spatial quantitative evaluation and annual monitoring is a change and exploration in the field of urban planning. Shanghai Spatial Quality Index is designed to embody dynamic and quantitative measurement of the planning assessment. First of al ,tracking more than 100 index ranking,from eight aspects, the research sets up evaluation system with the global cities on macro level（city）. The second, based on efficiency, charm, fair, security of space dimension, the research forms 17 development targets and 21 indicators to measure medium level （county）.The third, the research explores form and use indicators as the core of evaluation system.
