锰资源绿色开采评价指标体系的建立与运用

摘    要:根据绿色开采的理念,分析锰资源绿色开采评价体系的内涵,建立了锰资源绿色开采评价指标体系与方法,可客观地评价锰资源绿色开采总体性能和发展程度。利用该评价体系,对重庆秀山锰资源开采现状进行了实例评价,得出2012年重庆秀山锰资源绿色开采程度综合评价值为0.596,属于由传统开采向绿色开采发展的阶段。

Abstract:According to the concept of green mining, the connotation and principle of manganese resources green exploitation evaluation system are elaborated. A evaluation index system and its' method for manganese resources green exploitation are established, as can evaluate the overall performance and development degree of manganese resources green exploitation objectively. Using this evaluation system, an example of manganese exploiting status evaluation was taken about Xiushan of Chongqing. The result shows that the comprehensive evaluation value of manganese resources green exploitation degree was 0.596, indicating that Xiushan manganese exploiting was under the stage of developing by traditional mining to green mining in 2012.
