300t转炉四点悬挂装置分析与研究

摘    要:以自主开发的四点悬挂式转炉连接装置为研究对象,运用有限元软件,结合子模型分析技术,对主、副悬挂装置进行受力分析,并结合材料的屈服极限,对主、副悬挂装置危险部件进行强度校核。计算结果表明:主悬挂局部最大综合应力大于副悬挂局部最大综合应力,达到了四点悬挂装置的初始设计要求,各危险部件受载均在安全范围之内。

Abstract:According to the four point suspension device for 300t converter which was developed independ-ently by WISDRI company′s the research object , the load analysis of main hanging device and vice hanging device wens carried out by the way of finite element analysis and its sub-model method.At the same time, combined with the yield limit of the material , the device dangerous parts stress strength was verified .The results show that the maxi-mum stress of the main suspension device is higher than that of the vice suspension device .It reaches the initial de-sign thought of four point suspension device .What is more , all dangerous parts are loaded in the safe range .
