摘    要:介绍了喂线球化、孕育处理以及喂线净化变质处理技术的特点及其优点。比较了冲入法与喂线法工艺用于QT450-10球墨铸铁、Cr25抗磨白口铸铁生产的效果。结果表明:(1)包芯线喂线工艺的优点是:合金吸收率高,结果重现性好,原料消耗少,处理成本低,环境污染小,工人劳动强度轻;(2)采用喂线法净化变质处理时,变质剂吸收率高且稳定,有利于提高铸件质量。

Abstract:The characteristics and advantages of cored-wire injection nodularizing,inoculating and modifying-purifying treatment technique were introduced. The effects of using pour-over process and cored-wire injection process for production of QT450-10 grade nodular iron and Cr25 type wear resistant white cast iron were compared. The results showed: ( 1 )The cored-wire injection process has following advantages:high alloy recovery rate,good result repeatability,saving material,low treating cost,low environmental pollution,low working hardness; (2)when using cored-wire injection process for purifying-modifying treatment, the recovery rate of modifying agent was high and stable that was beneficial to improve casting quality.
