转炉煤气轴流风机振动故障分析与处理

摘    要:转炉煤气轴流风机在出厂试验台发生振动问题,采用了若干振动检测和分析方法,诊断结果为振动是由多种因素包括定子结构共振、转子临界转速频率边带过宽、叶轮不平衡三者共同作用而导致的振动问题,提出了故障处理原则和方法,从根本上解决了该风机的振动问题。

Abstract:Aiming at vibration of axial ID fan occurred on the fan test bench, many methods of vibration testing & analysis were used. The reasons including stator structure resonance, big side-band of frequency for stator critical speed, and impeller unbalance were the basic causes. By odopting improvement actions, the vibration fault was solved successfully.
