基于建筑策划信息矩阵的新农村住宅分析——以上海市宝山区顾村镇白杨中心村为例

当代建筑策划理论具有科学性、综合性、现实性和系统性等特点，将该理论引入新农村住宅研究中，采用户型测绘、入户问卷、实景拍摄等调查方法，对上海市宝山区顾村镇白杨中心村中两代、三代家庭居住的两种典型住宅的居住实态进行调查，发现既有住宅存在生活不便、空间浪费等一系列问题，明确住户的居住需求，把握住宅的发展趋势，提出住宅的设计概念，为新农村住宅的优化和完善提供科学合理的参考．

Analysis on New Countryside Housing Based chitectural Programming Information Matrix --Taking Baiyangzhongxin Village, Gucun Baoshan District, Shanghai as an example on Ar- Town,

This Paper introduces the contemporarily scientific, comprehensive, realistic, and systematic architectural programming theory to the research of the new countryside housing, with investigation on the actual living situation of two-generation and three-generation families in Baiyangzhongxin village, Gucun Town, Baoshan District, Shanghai by the use of house type surveying and mapping, home-entry questionnaire, and location shooting, etc., which reveals a series of problems as living inconvenience and space waste, etc. Therefore, we specify the living demands of residents, take hold of the development trend of housing, and propose design concept of housing so as to provide a scientific and appropriate reference for the optimization and improve of the new countryside housing.
