电力营销GIS一体化平台的研究与应用

摘    要:国网公司"三集五大"改革强化了专业间纵向贯通,实现了集约化、扁平化、专业化管理,但改革初期专业间横向沟通手段缺少,跨专业协调难度加大。国网山东省电力公司通过搭建营销GIS一体化平台,整合生产、调度和营销等专业信息资源,建立营销、生产一体化协同配合流程,实现了营销跨专业高效协同。

Research and Application of Electric Marketing GIS Integration Platform
Abstract:The "Three Intensive Management and Five Systems" reform of State Grid has strengthened major cross, realized intensive ,fiat and professional management, but at the beginning of reformation, there is no more communication way in the different majors,it is difficult to coordinate in different majors. Shandong Electric Power Corporation integrated the information resources of producing, scheduling, marketing, and other majors, establish integrated cooperation process of marketing and producing by establishing marketing GIS integration platform.
