摘    要:对于给定的平面点集S,可以通过相应的算法找到包含点集S中所有点的半径最小的圆,这就是最小包围圆的思想.文中将倒垂孔各高程处实测圆圆心坐标投影到水平面上,利用求解这些投影点的最小包围圆的方法,可以快速、准确地解算倒垂孔的有效孔径及中心.以三峡工程水平位移监测全网(基点检验网)倒垂测点IP13BZA为例,给出了相应的计算示例.

Abstract:For the given points collection S on a two-dimensional plane,the minimum radius circle which contains all the points in the points collection can be found by a corresponding algorithm.This paper projects all the center points of various altitudes in the inverse plumb hole on the two-dimensional plane.By use of the method of minimum envelope circle of two-dimensional points collection,the inverse plumb hole's valid diameter and center point can be calculated rapidly and exactly.As an example of inverse plumb surveying point IP13BZA in the Three Gorges dam horizontal displacement monitoring net,this paper demonstrates how to calculate it with this method.
