陶瓷导纱钩纺纱性能研究

摘    要:文章简单介绍了陶瓷导纱钩,为探索陶瓷导纱钩的纺纱性能,分别采用普通金属导纱钩、陶瓷导纱钩、镀层导纱钩进行纺纱试验,对比三种纱线毛羽和条干情况,发现陶瓷导纱钩对纱线毛羽和条干有明显的改善。

Abstract:The ceramic guide wire was briefly introduced. To explore the spinning performance of ceramic guide wire, spinning experiment was tried by the use of metal guide wire, ceramic guide wire and coated guide wire to compare the yarn hairiness and evenness. The results show that the yarn hairiness and evenness were improved effectively by the use of ceramic guide wire.
