重油催化裂化装置催化剂跑损原因分析

摘    要:延安炼油厂100万t/a重油催化裂化装置1998年开工以来,多次出现催化剂严重跑损现象,催化剂跑损的主要原因是设备故障和工艺操作原因。对催化剂的分析表明,催化剂破碎是其跑损的主要原因。

Abstract:Many serious catalyst leak had occurred since the start working of the 1×106t/a RFCC units of Yanan Refinery in 1998.The losses were usually caused by equipment failure and technologically misoperation.According to the analysis of the catalyst lost from the RFCC units,breakage catalyst was the main reason.
