摘    要:制备了固体超强酸SO_4~(2-)/ZrO_2—TiO_2多相催化剂,用于催化甲基丙烯酸(MAA)与异丁醇(IBA)的酯化反应,并探讨了诸因素对产品产率的影响。实验结果表明,催化剂有较高的催化活性,产品产率达86.4%,纯度大于98%。

Abstract:The solid super acid heterogeneous catalyst SO_4~(2-)/ZrO2-TiO2 was synthesized and was used catalytic for the esterification of iso-butanol(IBA) with methacrylic acid (MAA) in the liquid-solid system. The effects of reaction conditions was investigated. The results showed that the catalyst has high catalytic activity. The yield was 86.4%, the purity of the product was over 98%.
