| 摘 要： | 详述了铁粉在酸解钛液还原反应的研究，较系统地分析了铁粉在还原反应温升与时间的关系；铁粉与铁皮还原沉降效果的影响；以及铁粉应用对产品的质量的影响。结果表明采用铁粉代替铁皮在钛白生产中应用完全可行。而且操作方便，具有明显的经济价值。

| Abstract: | The study of iron powder on decomposing titanium liquor with acids was described in detail in this paper. The relationship between temperature's rise and time in reducing reaction was analysed systematically. The subside effect in reducing reaction was compared between iron powder and iron sheet and the effect on the quality of products were discussed. The result showed that iron powder instead of iron sheet was successful in production of titanium white, it had a obvious economic value. |
