| 摘 要： | 结合我国预警体系实际和岩溶隧道突水特点,从预警机制(预警组织体系、预警运作机制、预警保障)、应急救援预案和应急救援演练等方面分析了预警防灾体系,提出了高风险岩溶隧道突水四色预警机制、完善了岩溶隧道突水应急救援预案和演练机制,并在沪蓉西高速公路乌池坝和齐岳山隧道得到了应用,为高风险岩溶隧道突水灾害防治提供借鉴.
