摘    要:针对数字光处理(DLP)投影机所用光源,提出了基于光阑小孔成像和CCD相机的光源色度坐标和亮度分布测量方法,建立了相应的光源测试系统.分析了DLP光源的结构及其对锥形光束的影响,并对测试系统中的CCD进行了光谱响应曲线测试和三基色校正,以得到准确的颜色测量值.测试结果表明,绝大多数DLP光源的色度坐标与D65光源接近,而光源的亮度分布特性对最终DLP投影画面的成像质量有很大的影响,并可用几何中心与亮度中心之间的偏差来表示.

Abstract:A method was proposed to measure the colorimetric coordinates and lightness distribution of the light source in digital light processing(DLP) projector based on the aperture pinhole imaging model by using a charge coupled device(CCD) camera.The structure of DLP light source was introduced and its influence on light cone was theoretically analyzed.The sensitivity functions of the CCD camera were obtained using a photometer,and the colorimetric calibration was further performed to achieve accurate color measurement.Experimental results indicated that the colorimetric coordinates of most light sources were very close to that of D65 standard.The lightness characteristic had great influence on the quality of the DLP projection image,and can be represented by the deviation between lightness center and geometric center.
