通过对该研究领域的回顾，分析了涂层缺陷对腐蚀性 介质在涂层中的传输行为及金属基体腐蚀行为的影响，并对其研究方法进行了评述，提出现 存的问题和可能的解决方法.

PROGRESS IN EFFECT OF COATING DEFECTS ON CORROSION BEHAVIOR OF METAL SUBSTRATE BENEATH CONTINGS

Effect of coating defect on the corrosion behavior of metalsubstrate the relevant methods applied in this research field have been reviewed. In this study field, one of the prime problems is how to characterize the porosity of coatings. Many physical and chemical study methods, such as"chamber test","immersion test"and"electrochemical test"have been used. However, those methods are not efficient enough to reveal the defects randomly distributed in coatings. Statistical method has been pointed out to be a suitable method for studying the characteristics of defect. The relationship among the characteristics of defects, the diffusion behavior of corrosive agents through coatings and the corrosion behavior of metal beneath the coatings is another unsolved problem. Methods to solve these problems were also proposed in this paper.
