陕西:规划先行 试点示范 加强农村人居环境治理

陕西省位于西北地区东部,土地面积20.58万平方公里。分三大自然区域：北部陕北高原,中部关中平原,南部秦巴山地。全省设10个省辖市和杨凌农业高新技术产业示范区,有3个县级市,80个县和23个市辖区,1550个乡、镇,27888个村民委员会。2006年末,全省人口为3735万人,其中城镇人口1461万人,占39.1%,农村人口2274万人,占60.9%。农民人均纯收入2260元。
