摘    要:通过静态试验研究了ABR对印染废水各隔室水解动力学.结果表明,在35 ℃±1 ℃条件下,当各隔室初始COD_(Cr)分别为860 mg/L、677 mg/L、601 mg/L和559 mg/L时,反应3 h后出水COD_(Cr)浓度分别为633 mg/L、555 mg/L、505 mg/L和470 mg/L.第1隔室的去除率约为26.4%,2~4隔室COD_(Cr)去除率相对较低,为15%~18%,4隔室缺氧折流板反应器各隔室的水解速率常数分别为0.119 8 h~(-1)、0.070 2 h~(-1)、0.067 6 h~(-1)和0.068 8 h-1.

Abstract:The hydrolysis kinetics of each compartment of anoxic baffled reactor was studied by static simulative experiment. The results showed that under (35±1) ℃, when COD_(Cr) initial concentration was 860 mg/L, 677 mg/L, 601 mg/L and 559 mg/L, 3 hours later the effluent concentration of the mixed liquor was 633 mg/L, 555 mg/L, 505 mg/L and 470 mg/L, respectively. The COD_(Cr) removal rate was proportional in the first compartment, about 26.4%. The others COD_(Cr) removal rate was between 15%~18%. The hydrolysis rate constants in four compartments are 0.1 198 h~(-1), 0.070 2 h~(-1), 0.067 6 h~(-1) and 0.068 8 h~(-1), respectively.
